oh no a huge frog

I'm Gavin. I have a lot of thoughts and have frequent trouble expressing them in a coherent manner. I'm always saying "I should write more" and then not doing that. I am starting this blog in order to try to force myself to write down more thoughts in hopes that that will help me make sense of them. If by some miracle any of those thoughts are insightful, funny, or both, then that would be cool too.

I am going to write about some combination of: finance, basketball, politics, humor, television, music, the human condition, and sushi. I do not need or expect to reach an audience, but there is also a part of me that must acknowledge that I want one.

End of introduction. I do not know when anything on here will be written, nor do I know what it will be about. Perhaps a structure will emerge over time.
